5. Live the Life You Want Right Now…

We all have or continue to do this. We postpone life’s amazing experiences until a goal weight is reached or decline an invitation because our body doesn’t exactly look the way we think it should.

If you have a trip that you want to take, schedule it now (or well after the pandemic)! If you’d like to use the trip to reward yourself for hard work in the gym or hard work in the kitchen, then do so.

There’s no reason to wait until you are a certain size to do the things you want. No matter what, don’t let life pass you by until you reach a certain weight or look a certain way.

Life is happening right now… embrace and love your body enough to live it!
