For most of us looking in the mirror isn’t fun. We tend to see ALL the negative parts of our face body instead of the beautiful women we REALLY are!
It is especially harder on us women in our 50’s, 60’s and beyond. We are much more critical of the subtle signs of aging we see.
What if I told you it is time to start remembering how many memories and experiences are behind those fascinating changes in your face?
See a face that you love and appreciate because of what it’s done for you!
At Third Age Skin Care we believe age is something to embrace! That includes celebrating your body and everything it does.
Today we’re going to give you some fast and easy ways to start celebrating and embracing your body no matter what age you happen to be.
1. Switch From Fear to Gratitude…
Our bodies are an amazing machine that have done a lot for us.
Every day your body produces 300 billion new cells. Your liver can regenerate itself.
You may have given birth, survived an illness and worked tens of thousands of hours. You have even endured decades of fun, sun and more.
What’s not to love?
When you consider all your body has accomplished my hope is you will embrace all the subtle changes so far and thank it!
Try this… the next time you look in the mirror think of every scar, stretch mark, new fine line or silver strand as badge of honor.
Try recalling the joy or challenges associated with these visible signs of your life.
2. Practice A Positive Mindset…
Our culture has set us up with so many negative messages about age and body that our mind bombards us with these negative thoughts.
In fact, according to recent studies, up to 70 percent of our daily self-talk is negative.
Start your own list of positive thoughts! Spend time admiring yourself. Remember we all have beauty and are worthy of love at any age.
Believe it or not this is a radical act of self-care that sounds easy, but takes some time to do naturally.
Buy this and if it doesn’t make you say WOW!… return it for a refund.
This is AWESOME!

3. Adapt to the Changes…
We all know change is inevitable! Don’t fight aging with young clothing and styles that don’t look appropriate on you.
Embrace your new age and body and present yourself in a way that YOU feel comfortable with. Don’t chase the latest trend if it doesn’t work for you.
4. Be A Role Model…
Believe it or not there are younger people around you who look at you as a role model.
As the changes of aging come, consider how you would want your daughter, niece or granddaughter to act under the same circumstances.
I’m sure being negative about their body is not anything you would want. Instead you would prefer that she is confident and proud of herself at each stage of her life.
Let this reflect in your own attitude to ensure graceful aging for future generations.

5. Live the Life You Want Right Now…
We all have or continue to do this. We postpone life’s amazing experiences until a goal weight is reached or decline an invitation because our body doesn’t exactly look the way we think it should.
If you have a trip that you want to take, schedule it now (or well after the pandemic)! If you’d like to use the trip to reward yourself for hard work in the gym or hard work in the kitchen, then do so.
There’s no reason to wait until you are a certain size to do the things you want. No matter what, don’t let life pass you by until you reach a certain weight or look a certain way.
Life is happening right now… embrace and love your body enough to live it!
I urge you to break away from the barriers of age and society. Instead embrace your amazing self! When you do this you’re helping to create a world that loves and values age and all it brings.
You truly have a lot to offer the world. Never forget that.
STOP wasting time and money on cosmetics.
Just FIVE items will have your looking and feeling your best…
